Ice Bath Meditation

RESET your nervous system with a COLD plunge.  Nicole will guide you through breathing and meditation exercises both in and outside of the ice bath, while you join for this community experience where you can push yourself to your limit while improving muscular soreness, and resetting your nervous system.
