"Chillmersion Training: Dive Deep into Relaxation with Yin, Sound Healing, Breathwork, Yoga Nidra, and Restorative Yoga" Each weekend will offer a unique and immersive experience that allows participants to plunge into the practice and teachings of each specific style of yoga. Finally, the Sound experience weekend will introduce participants to the healing power of sound through the use of various instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and more. Participants will learn how to incorporate sound into their yoga classes to create a more meditative and transformative experience for their students. *This training is open to both yoga teachers and students. Yoga teachers will have the option to earn 30 CEC through Yoga Alliance, with the remaining hours being accrued through teaching and applying the concepts learned.
