Join us for an outdoor Zen Vinyasa then slushies and community on the Parson's patio! After your 60min practice, enjoy an adult slushy! Stick around for brunch on the iconic Parson's patio! *weather dependent, please check your email for updates if there is inclement weather

Ice Bath Meditation

RESET your nervous system with a COLD plunge.  Nicole will guide you through breathing and meditation exercises both in and outside of the ice bath, while you join for this community experience where you can push yourself to your limit while improving muscular soreness, and resetting your nervous system.
