"Chillmersion Training: Dive Deep into Relaxation with Yin, Sound Healing, Breathwork, Yoga Nidra, and Restorative Yoga" Each weekend will offer a unique and immersive experience that allows participants to plunge into the practice and teachings of each specific style of yoga. During the Yin yoga weekend, participants will delve into the practice and language of Yin, learning various archetype techniques and principles, as well as gaining the skills necessary to effectively teach this style of yoga.
