Fi Garvey

Fi is a singer/songwriter, dancer and yoga instructor from Dublin, Ireland. Post pandemic, Fi decided it was time to make a change and hopped on a plane across the Atlantic to land in Chicago where she quickly fell in love with all things Yoga! Upon completing her 200hr teacher training at Zen Yoga Garage in 2022, Fi has gone on to expand her knowledge with certifications in Kids & Family Yoga (Meet Me in Child’s Pose), Yoga Sculpt (CorePower Yoga) and Zen Yoga Garage’s Group Apprenticeship Program.

Whether teaching a restorative, mindful flow or a fast-paced, rhythmic Vinyasa. Fi’s goal is to meet each student where they are in their journey, provide a safe, brave, inclusive space and to offer tools that can be taken off the mat for students to live their most authentic and whole lives.
