Zen Mat Pilates Teacher Training

While Pilates has been this season’s “It girl” in fitness, its roots and origins have been influencing our instructors for years. Join Jennifer Le Vine DeMaio for this comprehensive look into the most challenging of the Classic Pilates apparatus: the MAT.

Jennifer will bring her knowledge of the classic mat pilates exercises and fuse it with modern day applications. Throughout this 4 month training you will learn the basic and intermediate mat sequences, find your teaching voice and style, and learn how to adapt your class for everyBODY.
