What sets us apart?
You will not learn a set sequence in this training.
We will guide you through best practices in teaching prenatal yoga. You will learn how to guide through Pranayama, Asana, and Meditation, as well as how to shape experiences based on energy level and trimester. You will learn how to create classes rooted in both Vinyasa, as well as strength, and how to teach a Bring Your Own Baby Yoga Class!

We believe joining our teacher training means you are a lifelong mentee. We will provide you with focused mentorship throughout the program, but will continue to support your prenatal teaching journey through our network of teachers, doulas, and members.
We will provide you with more information rather than less.
We will provide you with resources on how to support your students through their journey from fertility through the post partum period. You will learn concrete information based on anatomy and science, and as well as philosophical approaches

Our training is geared towards guiding birthing people of all genders, body sizes, races, and orientations. We start from within to give tools on holding space for ALL people in their pregnancy journeys, and shine a light on underserved populations and ways to support them!
Prenatal/Postnatal
Teacher Training
Join Nicole Belica, Rachel Belkov, Caitlin Maldonado, and Melissa Talleda as they share their wealth of knowledge and expertise in teaching pregnant populations. This program is fully approved through the Yoga Alliance for your RPYT-85 credentialing.
This hybrid program is designed for both the certified yoga instructor looking to increase their range and skillset, as well as other fitness and wellness professionals looking to add knowledge of how to hold space for pregnant bodies. Every lecture is offered (and preferred) in person, but zoom and replay options are available to complete the training around your schedule.
Our training will cover the history and philosophy of the yogic practice, and its relationship to all stages of pregnancy. We will go in depth on the anatomical and psychological changes that occur in the pregnant body, and specific methods to support your prenatal students. We will study the Vayus, the Doshas, the Koshas, and anatomical considerations when structuring a prenatal class.
We will go through HOW to sequence a prenatal class to build strength, awareness, and compassion for all birthing people. Our program is designed to EMPOWER you to lead without fear, and to spread the love of yoga to ALL!
This training is designed for the practicing yoga instructor who has already completed a 200 hour training, and is also available for those who want to learn more about prenatal yoga who haven’t yet completed their 200 hour training (additional mentor sessions will be available for those without a 200 hour background)
