How should I prepare for class?
Come to class nourished and hydrated. Please give yourself extra time to park and arrive to the studio with time to check in and get familiar with the space. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before class begins.
Come in clothing that is comfortable to move in, bring a mat, towel, and water bottle (or we have all available at the front desk). Practice is barefoot, unless otherwise noted in the class description (i.e. Burn Bootcamp)
Are Mats/Towels Available?
Yes! Mats are free for your first class, and $3 to rent after that. Towels are available to rent for $2
